Hello Marc & John:

I'm back in Toronto, now, following my recent trip to Baltimore. My "Gian Marco Menswear" experience, was truly one of the shopping highlights of my visit to the Baltimore area. I can truthfully say that I have now become a new loyal member of the "Gian Marco" fan club, and look forward to future visits to your shop whenever I'm in the Baltimore area.

Living in Toronto, we have literally hundreds and hundreds of exclusive Italian menswear from which to pick from. Unfortunately, they all begin to look the same after a while, caring the same old tired labels, charging horrendous amounts of money for goods that simply lack that "wow" factor, and employing uppity sales persons who are less than helpful (or truthful) in assisting customers. That's why entering your shop felt like a breath of fresh air. Your clothing selection was spectacular, featuring labels that I had never before been acquainted with, superb quality, all with outstanding workmanship and design. What I liked most about your shop, however, was the amazing level of customer care which I received. Both of you (i.e. Marc and John) were able to select items which suited me and my less than perfect body, opening up my eyes to many great shopping finds, in new colours & styles from "outside the box" of my usual clothing picks. Equally refreshing was your honesty when a garment being tried on just didn't quite work on me. Your patience and terrific judgement, as to what would look good on me, helped me to select several new and exciting additions to my fashion wardrobe.

The best, however, was yet to come when I returned home to Toronto. I began wearing my new purchases right away. Reaction from family, friends and co-workers was, to say the least, totally unprecedented. I have always been known to be one who likes to continually clothes shop, always on the lookout for new and interesting additions for my already extensive wardrobe. Reaction from those around me is usually quite favourable and predictable. Not so in the case with my new Gian Marco purchases! I received accolades about the new bursts of colour in my wardrobe, the great fit and tailoring, and the overall totally cool uniqueness of each new item. I felt like a million bucks (American!)!

It's quite rare for me to actually sit down and write a letter of praise to any company or shop. In this case, though, I had to let you know that you have a very, very special menswear shop. I'll definitely be back. There's just one thing still on my Gian Marco wish list ... I truly wish you could have a location closer to my home, in Toronto. You guys are the best!
