Pathfinders for Autism
On November 6, 2010 Pathfinders for Autism presented its 10th annual "Evening of Celebrity Fashion and Fun". Gian Marco was pleased to be selected to be the predominant menswear resource for this worthwhile event. The event was hosted by former Oriole standout, B J Surhoff and his lovely wife Polly, both of whom also modeled. Other models included American Idol Michael Johns; Raven Superbowl standout and announcer Qadray "the Missile" Ismail and his wife, basketball coach Holly; Orioles All-Star Brian Roberts and bride, model & actress Diana; ex-Oriole and hitter of a record 2 ultimate grand slams, catcher Chris Hoiles and his wife, designer Dana; his Oriole battery mate and Red Sox World Series Stand Out, Curt Schilling and his wife, author Shondra; and Chef J. Maxwell of "Hell's Kitchen". Local celebrities included Juliana Childress; Molly Shattuck; Miss Maryland 2009 Brooke Poklemba; Miss Maryland 2010 Lindsay Staniszewski; media personalities Tamara Nelson; Amelia Ryerse; Stash (Steve Ash) and Scott Wykoff. The fashion show was narrated by Marianne Bannister. Other shops included Panache, Samuel Parker, and jewelry by Smyth Jewelers.

Pathfinders for Autism was founded in 2000, by a group of parents in an effort to improve the lives of individuals with autism and their families, offering FREE resources and referral sources. Their mission is "to improve the lives of individuals with autism and the people who care for them." Over the past decade, Pathfinders has become the foremost "go-to" resource for autism information, and is utilized by thousands of families, professionals and service agencies throughout the world.
